    • We communicate via email, website and social media posts about upcoming courses, support groups and retreats to those who have attended or expressed interest in attending previously

    • We collect information so that we can offer that person a mindfulness course, support group or retreat following them contacting The Present Courses CIC requesting information or asking to attend.

    • If we are able to do research we gather information to recruit for the project. Once recruited personal information is coded to be anonymous for the researchers. One person retains personal information to stay in touch during the teaching period being researched and during the evaluation and write up periods.

We will keep information for as long as we believe we can share

information that you wish to receive. Personal information will be deleted

as soon as you tell us you no longer want us to keep your contact details.

      teachers/trainers we work with. With consent contact details
